After a hugely successful V2006 organisers of the V Festival have advised that they will be putting a limited 30,000 tickets on sale for next year v2007 festival.
Tickets go on sale from 9am Tuesday August 22nd 2006, but will only be on sale for 1 week!

Festival Weekend Camping Tickets for Both Weston Park and Chelmsford. The V2006 festival sold out in record time earlier in the year. These are likely to be the
last tickets available as these relate to returned tickets.
The line up includes Radiohead, Morrisey, Primal Scream and Faithless.

V Festival weekend tickets sold out in record time, a further supply of weekend tickets have been released. With no Glastonbury festival this summjer all festivals are selling in record time, with T in the park selling out in hours and V Festival has beaten that with weekend tickets selling in under a hour!
Hard-Fi, Rufus Wainwright, Kubb and Gavin DeGraw have been added to the V Festival taking place from Saturday 19th - Sunday 20th August 2006 at Chelmsford and Staffordshire. They join Radiohead, Morrissey, and a host of other acts.

V Festival Gossip - Radiohead are rumoured to have been offered a headline slot at this years v2006. Their management have officially denied it, but various media outlets have suggested they will be playing at the dual site event.
Virtual Festivals website also suggest James Blunt, The Who, Keane, and Razorlight could also be playing the V Festival

V Festival, sponsored by Virgin Mobile, returns for its 11th annual outing in its regular Chelmsford and Staffordshire homes on 19th and 20th August 2006.
If the sound of 65,000 fans singing along with Oasis to Wonderwall at 2005’s V Festival is now just a distant memory, then don’t worry, we will be announcing the line-up for 2006 soon. Expect the usual V mix of major headline acts, next big things and current chart-toppers to grace the picturesque hills of Hylands Park, Chelmsford and the beautiful Weston Park, Staffordshire, on the weekend of 19th & 20th August 2006.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on 3rd March, and festival fans are advised to get their tickets early to avoid disappointment. Last year’s 10th Anniversary event sold out in record time and organisers are confident that tickets will sell out even faster this year.

Tickets packages for the Weston Park V2005 in Staffordshire, 20 - 21
August 2005. Tickets cost £150 and include National Express travel to and from the
festival site, entry to the festival, and weekend camping.
Please note that you must travel with National Express in order to be admitted
to the festival. Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on the coach.
